Transport costs:
• Transportation costs in both directions are borne by the customer.
Gearboxes and transfer boxes:
• MiD Auto Service Ltd. DOES NOT accept gearboxes and gearboxes for repair without first calling the customer by phone and talking to a MiD Auto diagnostician. If diagnostics approves the gearbox for repair, only then the customer has the right to send it and fill in the description of the problems in "Request service". In cases where you send without prior confirmation, the box will be returned to you without examination.
• If you refuse the repair after the inspection, you owe the amount for the inspection, which depends on the type of box. The box will be returned to you disassembled.
• MiD Auto EOOD gives a 3-month warranty for the repair of gearboxes and transfer cases that are installed outside the company's service center in the city of Varna, which period starts from the date of shipment.
• M i D Auto EOOD is not responsible for the repair in the case of incorrectly performed diagnostics.
• MiD Auto is not responsible for damages caused to the recycled gearboxes and gearboxes due to poor quality installation, uncleaned cooling, incorrect or incomplete adaptation and others.
• In case of problems after the installation of the gearbox and transfer case, it is necessary to transport the car to the M&D Auto EOOD service center in Varna, where diagnostics and troubleshooting will be carried out. Transportation costs, diagnostic costs, input parts and labor to fix problems are at the expense of the owner of the car dealership or the repair shop performing the installation.
Recycling of Hydrotransformer/ Valve Body/ Mechatronics/ TCM:
• MiD Auto EOOD gives a 1-month warranty for the repair of the listed components installed in another workshop, provided that the gearbox has been repaired and the repair kits (gaskets, discs, filters and oils) have been purchased from the company M and D Auto EOOD .
• MiD Auto is not responsible for damages caused to the recycled components, due to poor quality installation, uncleaned cooling, incorrect or incomplete adaptation of the gearbox and others.
• Every component sent to us for repair is restored to factory settings.
• The workshop that performs the assembly/disassembly, diagnosis and repair of the gearbox gives a guarantee for the overall condition of the gearbox.
Unconfirmed repair:
• If the customer does NOT confirm repair (or confirm return in disassembled condition) within 7 working days of being given a repair quote, the part is destroyed.
