Not all errors in the electronic unit can be corrected. Please attach the error codes but DO NOT send it before a member of our staff contacts you to confirm it is repairable

MiD Auto Service DOES NOT accept gearboxes and gearboxes for repair without first calling the customer by phone and talking to a MiD Auto diagnostician. If our diagnostics approves the gearbox for repair, only then is the customer entitled to fill in the fields below and send it. In cases where you send without prior confirmation, the box will be returned to you without examination.

Note if the following issues are also present:

hits in descending or ascending order when shifting gears or at a certain speed
if you are repairing the gearbox and want to do a preventive inspection, cleaning.
